TERMS

Terms and Conditions

1. Arrivals to be after 1 pm. 
    Departure by  12 noon.

2. A deposit of £10.00 (non-refundable) required to reserve site.

3. Strictly over 18’s Only.

4. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and owners are responsible for clearing up dog fouling.           

5. All rubbish to be removed or placed in the bins provided.

6. No late night noise after 11 pm.

7. New arrivals must pitch before dark.

8. (a)  The Management reserves the right to refuse admission to the Park, whether
       or not a pitch has been booked prior to arrival.

1. Remove any person (or property) which in its opinion is not suitable to use the park, or whose behaviour is considered by the Management to be detrimental to the interests of other Guests.
2. Refuse the rental of a touring or seasonal pitch at any time.
3. Change or amend the rules at any time.

9. Payment of fees constitutes acceptance of The Newnes Touring Caravan Park’s Rules.
